Bailee Welsh is a dedicated athlete with 14 years of competitive softball experience as a pitcher and first baseman. Hailing from Alabama, she established her foundational skills there, culminating in a successful run to the state championship game with her high school team. Her pursuit of high-level competition also led her to play select softball in California, providing valuable exposure to national-level play and extensive travel.
Welsh continued her athletic career at the NCAA Division I level for Texas State University. During her time with the Bobcats, she was a key contributor to the 2024 Sun Belt Tournament Championship team and made multiple appearances in the NCAA Regionals. Her early career accolades include being named Rookie of the Year after her first high school season, followed by back-to-back MVP awards in her second and third seasons.
Currently, Bailee Welsh is completing her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Texas State University. She is committed to leveraging her in-depth athletic knowledge and academic training to pursue a career as a strength and conditioning coach.
