Coach Isaac Hinojosa brings nine years of select baseball experience and a deep commitment to youth athlete development. As a former competitive player, he achieved the rare accomplishment of pitching three no-hitters, demonstrating advanced skill, preparation, and competitive discipline on the mound.
He holds both a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Business Administration from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. His academic background strengthens his leadership, organization, and communication skills, allowing him to create structured, positive, and performance-driven training environments.
Coach Hinojosa specializes in pitching development for athletes ages 9–13, with additional focus on defensive fielding fundamentals and hitting mechanics. His training approach emphasizes proper mechanics, arm care, confidence building, and age-appropriate skill progression to help young athletes develop safely and effectively.
His coaching philosophy centers on strong fundamentals, accountability, teamwork, and mental growth alongside physical skill development. Passionate about mentoring the next generation, Coach Hinojosa works to build confident athletes who are prepared to compete while developing a lifelong love for the game.
