His collegiate career included two years of Division I baseball at Alcorn State University, where he demonstrated versatility and a deep commitment to the team by competing as a catcher, pitcher, and third baseman. This invaluable experience playing multiple positions instilled in him a comprehensive, multi-faceted understanding of the game—physically, mentally, and strategically—from every vantage point on the field.
For the past six years, Coach Sean has dedicated his career to the development and advancement of elite amateur talent. He currently serves as a national team coach for Perfect Game, working directly with some of the top high-level prospects in the country. In this role, he excels at helping athletes refine their mechanics, fortify their mental approach, and successfully prepare for the rigors of elite competition and the next level of play.
His coaching philosophy is firmly built upon the foundational principles of preparation, discipline, and accountability. Coach Sean strongly emphasizes teaching players the “why” behind every drill, strategy, and decision.
